INAMI is a global network of apostolic leaders operating under the Five-Fold Ministry vision, encompassing both ecclesiastical and marketplace ministries. It is a fellowship of diverse, Spirit-filled Kingdom leaders from across the world, headquartered in Orlando, Florida, USA.
This apostolic network was established to advance the Kingdom of God on earth, recognizing that this is a time when God is raising well-equipped leaders to manifest His Glory. As a network of churches and ministries, INAMI’s purpose is clear and unwavering: to make a lasting impact on this generation by following the New Covenant model of ministry—committed to fellowship, ministry equipping, church planting, evangelism, and mission outreach.
With a strong vision of “Kings and Priests”, INAMI aims to influence and transform every sphere of society to establish the Kingdom of God.
INAMI provides covering, counsel, and training to churches and ministries seeking to walk under apostolic order and spiritual guidance. As spiritual parents and apostolic mentors, Apostle Célio Cruz and Dr. Verbenia Sousa, through INAMI, offer a place of covenant connection, partnership, and encouragement, helping leaders and ministries fulfill their God-given vision and purpose.
As a spiritual family, they function as apostolic and prophetic advisors, operating under the authority and power of the New Testament Five-Fold Ministry.
About Dr. Verbenia SousaDr. Verbenia Sousa is a dynamic international speaker, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, who travels globally preaching and empowering leaders. She is building a lasting legacy within the Latin American community, inspiring transformation across nations.
In addition to her apostolic calling, Dr. Verbenia is also a marketplace minister with a strong anointing for Integrative Health and Wellness within the Body of Christ. Together with Apostle Célio, they are the founders and owners of the High Level Health & Wellness Center (www.highlevelhealthcenter.com), where people from around the world seek holistic treatment under Dr. Verbenia’s care (www.drverbenia.com).
Their passion for educating and equipping leaders led them to establish Sofia Christian University (www.sofiauniversity.org), originally founded as High Level Christian University (HLCU)—a Christian institution dedicated to preparing leaders through academic and spiritual excellence.
FGM Church – OrlandoThey lead FGM Church–Orlando with a modern, visionary approach from a beautiful multi-purpose facility located in the heart of Orlando. Their primary mission is to reach and disciple Millennials and their families, preparing the next generation for the next move of God.
FGM Church is a vibrant multicultural congregation, uniting Brazilians, Latinos, and Americans under one roof. All services are conducted bilingually, reflecting the inclusive and global heart of their ministry.
Global Apostolic MissionGlobally, Apostles Célio and Verbenia are recognized as powerful apostolic and prophetic voices for this generation--“box breakers” who challenge traditional systems and release divine purpose and destiny wherever they go. Operating under a strong prophetic anointing, they carry a global mandate to awaken and mobilize the Body of Christ.
They have a special apostolic assignment in India, where they oversee FGM India, a thriving movement that breaks religious traditions and advances the Kingdom of God through both political and marketplace influence. There, they also manage a Kingdom business initiative known as The Fishermen Community.

Corporate Status
The International Network of Apostolic Ministries (INAMI) is a Louisiana Corporation in Good Standing, founded in 2011, under Charter Number 40401636N.
Official Recognition
INAMI hereby affirms that Dr. Agenor Duque Baracho de Medeiros and Dr. Ingrid Duque Darakdjian Medeiros are recognized as Directors in Good Standing within the organization.
Furthermore, they are formally commissioned as Ambassadors of INAMI, endowed with full authority, rights, and privileges as official representatives of the organization. They are empowered to act on behalf of INAMI in all matters pertaining to their commission, both nationally and internationally.
Scope of Authorization
- Credentialing & Ordination: Authorized to credential, ordain, and commission ministers, apostles, prophets, and leaders under the delegated authority and covering of INAMI.
- Affiliation & Oversight: Empowered to affiliate, plant, and oversee churches, ministries, apostolic centers, and networks in alignment with INAMI’s mission, vision, and governance.
- Financial & Administrative Authority: Authorized to collect, receive, and manage official payments, contributions, and fees on behalf of INAMI, maintaining full accountability to organizational governance standards.
- Execution of Official Documents: Authorized to sign, execute, and deliver official documents, credentials, certificates, covenants, and agreements representing the name and authority of INAMI.
- Representation & Diplomacy: Commissioned to represent INAMI in ecclesiastical, apostolic, and community partnerships, exercising all rights and privileges of this international apostolic office.
Organizational Affirmation
This commission stands as a symbol of trust, integrity, and divine mandate, grounded in the values, mission, and doctrines of the International Network of Apostolic Ministries (INAMI). All official acts, decisions, and representations made by Dr. Agenor Duque Baracho de Medeiros and Dr. Ingrid Duque Darakdjian Medeiros within the scope of this authorization are fully sanctioned and endorsed by INAMI, in accordance with its constitution, bylaws, and code of ethics.
